Medical Director Opportunity
Dirtyberg is seeking a physician to serve as Medical Director for our EMT education program, continuing education courses, and CAPCE-accredited educational offerings.

We believe EMS education has become overly focused on memorization, test preparation, and protocol recitation. While standards and examinations are important, our goal is to help students understand the "why" behind patient care. We teach physiology first, empowering providers to think critically, adapt to complex situations, and make sound clinical decisions when textbook scenarios do not exist.
As Medical Director, you will play a critical role in helping shape the next generation of EMS professionals. Your guidance will support the development of EMT students, continuing education participants, and healthcare providers seeking meaningful clinical growth beyond certification requirements.
Responsibilities may include:
• Medical oversight of the Dirtyberg EMT education program
• Review and approval of educational content and curriculum
• Consultation on clinical and educational standards
• Support of CAPCE-accredited continuing education activities
• Collaboration on course development and quality improvement initiatives
• Promotion of evidence-based, physiology-driven education
